Don't do it! -
Okay this was no where near as dramtic as that, well it wasn't dramtic at all. The only dramtic thing that happened, was some tree climbing and my terrible fashion sense, of accidentally wearing all the same colour... -
This was part of our training leading up to a summer trip to Slovenia, walking around 9 miles along the South West Coast Path between Teignmouth and Maidencombe. If you've walked this you'll know that it's really damn hilly and beautiful. - - - -

It's winter time time get a new challenge under way...

Over the summer I had any incredible opportunity to write a short story for the #Biggerbookofyes with @theyestribe. It got published and a lot of people loved the book and all the stories in there and we raised money for the @teddingtontrust. *
Well... quite a few people enjoyed it! Which was a huge surprise to me honestly it blow me away. As someone who has always struggled with writing from having dyslexia. It really was a shock to be getting messages from people saying how much they enjoyed it.

So the new challenge as part of National Novel Writing Month @nanowrimo . I will be finishing my short story and bringing to life the whole Mongol Rally Adventure in full length book.

And oh blimey it has been one hell of a year indeed. * Got the chance to head out with my kayak after being sat in the garden, for eternity I really need to get out on it more. Considering I live so close to the sea and an estuary. And now with it being white water season maybe get back down on Dart River. * The micra is still going strong but has had some modifications occur since this photo. The reading of the #biggerbookofyes has started. :) And I wish I was reading it here, but that would be a lie. This was taken over the summer months whilst in Slovenia.
Finally got the chance to explore the Kamnik Savinja Alps, having missed the opportunity last year due to the huts being shut, in October.
The difference this time was I was also not alone...

After being somewhat of a quiet time since the end of May. Blimey, that's a really long time. It's time to get back on the internet and share with you all what has been happening. Over the last few months, there has been quite a bit indeed. ⁠

When I found out that the Yes Tribe were re-creating; 'The Big Book of Yes', I jumped at the opportunity. Having always struggled with writing of any kind (I am sure many of you have seen the many spelling and grammar mistakes...) Hopefully you won't see many more now! ⁠

I thought "you know what, lets really test myself and push my boundaries and contribute a story.. to the new.. 'The Bigger Book of Yes'!⁠

Well I am proud to say that after a few months of writing, editing, losing sleep and generally going a bit mad... ⁠

The bigger book of YES is released in 2 DAYS time. That's right... the 1st of AUGUST. It's been amazing to contribute my story with 22 other incredible people sharing their stories of YES. 😁⁠
